Regulamin sesji

Moje fotografie cechują się swoim stylem. Mam nadzieję, że to właśnie on zachęcił Was do skorzystania z mojej oferty. Rezerwacja sesji zdjęciowej jest równoznaczna z akceptacją regulaminu.

  • Na końcowy efekt zdjęć mają wpływ warunki pogodowe podczas sesji, a w domu to warunki oświetleniowe we wnętrzu. 

  • Chętni na sesje muszą powierzyć Fotografowi swoje imię i nazwisko, adres mailowy oraz nr telefonu w celu umożliwienia kontaktu w sprawach dotyczących informacji oraz realizacji usług.

  • Nie oddaję nieobrobionych zdjęć. Nie ma możliwości wykupienia nieobrobionych zdjęć. Nie udostępniam surowych plików RAW.

  • Pliki od dnia wyboru przechowuję pół roku. Po tym czasie są usuwane z moich dysków i nie ma możliwości ich odzyskania.

  • Moje fotografie są naturalne, dlatego nie zmieniam sylwetki w Photoshop, nie odchudzam, nie zmieniam wzrostu itd. Siniaki, czy inne rzucające się w oczy, drobne niedoskonałości, usuwam.

  • W przypadku sesji plenerowych istnieje możliwość przeniesienia terminu zdjęć jeden raz ze względu na pogodę. Chmury nie są powodem do odwołania zdjęć-powodują jeszcze lepsze zdjęcia :)

  • W przypadku choroby uzgadniamy nowy termin (bardzo proszę o powiadomienie o nawet lekkim przeziębieniu, ja zobowiązuję się do tego samego). Zdrowie na pierwszym miejscu :)

  • Każdy pakiet sesji można wykupić w formie voucheru prezentowego wg cennika podanego na stronie. Opłata za całość pobierana jest z góry. Ważność voucheru to 6 miesięcy. Po tym terminie nie realizuję usługi i ona przepada. Na voucherze podana jest data ostatecznej realizacji bonu, nie umawiania na sesję.

  • Po sesji, otrzymacie pełną galerię zdjęć na platformie internetowej, w terminie do 4 tygodni od sesji. Za jej pośrednictwem wybieracie ujęcia w ilości zgodnej z wybranym pakietem. Za dodatkową opłatą możecie dokupić dodatkowe ujęcia zgodnie z cennikiem wybranego pakietu. Wybór ujęć należy odesłać w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania galerii.

  • Po dokonaniu wyboru, opłaceniu dodatkowych zdjęć / odbitek fotograf ma do 4 tygodni na obróbkę wszystkich wybranych zdjęć i wtedy zostaje włączona możliwość pobrania plików elektronicznych poprzez galerię.

  • Jeśli decydujecie się na zakup fotoalbumu, jego projekt Fotograf może wykonać tylko od momentu wybrania przez Was wszystkich zdjęć i opłaceniu fotoalbumu. Od tego momentu Fotograf ma do 4 tygodni na zaprojektowanie fotoalbumu i zamówienie go w laboratorium fotograficznym.  Od tego momentu za ewentualne opóźnienia w dostawie nie odpowiada Fotograf.

  • Decydując się na sesję w moim wykonaniu, klienci akceptują mój styl, obróbkę i kadry. Po wyborze zdjęć nie ma możliwości dodatkowych obróbek. 

  • Po sesji, pytam w wiadomości mailowej, czy mogę udostępnić Wasze zdjęcia na moich profilach w mediach społecznościowych, i zgodę wyrażoną w ten sposób, uznaje się za ważną.

  • Na zapytania o ofertę lub termin staram się odpowiadać w ciągu 24 godzin w dni robocze.

  • W miejscach płatnych plenerowych, (płatne parki, pałace, ogrody) opłatę za wejście, bilet wstępu i koszt wykonywania sesji ponosi Klient.

My photos have their own style. Booking a photo session is tantamount to accepting the regulations.

 

  • The final effect of the photos is influenced by the weather conditions during the session, and the lighting conditions in the interior at home.

  • Willing to participate in the sessions must entrust the Photographer with their name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number in order to enable contact in matters related to information and the provision of services.

  • I do not give away unprocessed photos. It is not possible to buy unprocessed photos. I do not share raw RAW files.

  • I keep files from the date of selection for six months. After this time, they are removed from my disks and there is no way to recover them.

  • My photos are natural, so I do not change the body into Photoshop, I do not change the height, etc. I remove bruises or other noticeable minor imperfections.

  • In the case of outdoor sessions, it is possible to postpone the photos once due to the weather. Clouds are not a reason to cancel photos - they make even better photos :)

  • In the event of illness, we arrange a new date (please notify me of even a slight cold, I undertake to do the same). Health is the most important :)

  • Each session package can be purchased in the form of a gift voucher according to the price list provided on the website. The total fee is charged in advance. The voucher is valid for 6 months. After this date, I do not provide the service and it is forfeited. The voucher shows the date of the final redemption of the voucher, not the date of booking a session.

  • After the session, you will receive a full photo gallery on the internet platform within 4 weeks from the session. Through it, you select shots in the amount consistent with the selected package. For an additional fee, you can buy additional shots in accordance with the price list of the selected package. The selection of shots must be returned within 14 days of receiving the gallery.

  • After making the selection, paying for additional photos / prints, the photographer has up to 4 weeks to process all selected photos and then the option of downloading electronic files through the gallery is enabled.

  • If you decide to buy a photo album, the photographer can make its project only from the moment you choose all the photos and pay for the photo album. From then on, the photographer has up to 4 weeks to design a photo album and order it in the photo lab. From that moment on, the Photographer is not responsible for any delays in delivery.

  • By deciding to have a session performed by me, clients accept my style, processing and staff. After selecting the photos, there is no possibility of additional processing.

  • After the session, I ask in an e-mail if I can share your photos on my social media profiles, and the consent expressed in this way is considered valid.

  • I try to respond to inquiries about an offer or a date within 24 hours on working days.

  • In open-air places (paid parks, palaces, gardens), the entrance fee, admission ticket and the cost of the session are borne by the Client.
